Texas has no general charitable solicitation registration requirement. Note: Texas has three narrow regimes — law-enforcement-related telephone solicitation (Attorney General), public-safety organizations, and veterans organizations using paid solicitors (Secretary of State) — and private foundations send a copy of their 990-PF to the AG.
