Questions

Is it really one price for every state?
Yes. $5/month — or $49/year — covers monitoring across every US jurisdiction we track, including DC and Puerto Rico. We don't price per state, per user, or per filing, and there are no add-ons to buy.
Does Monitor file anything for me?
No. Monitor is visibility only: it tells you what each state publishes about you and what is coming due. Filing is what Starter, Growth, and Nationwide will do, and none of them is on sale yet.
What about state fees?
Monitor involves no state fees, because it involves no filings. When we do offer filing, state fees are passed through at face value with no markup.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Email support@steadworthy.org and we stop it the same day — self-serve cancellation arrives with the billing portal. Monitoring runs to the end of the term you paid for, and you keep every report and status record we generated.
What if a state registry is wrong or out of date?
We show the as-of date and the source for every state, and we say plainly when a state's published data is known to be incomplete. Where we can't confirm a match with confidence, we show it as unverifiable rather than telling you that you aren't registered.

Steadworthy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Monitoring reflects what state registries publish; published data can lag or omit records, and we say so on every state where it applies.
